About Us

Our mission at Autism Behavior Therapies is to foster growth and positive behavior change. Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is the leading, research-based methodology for bringing meaningful, positive change for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Our top priority is to provide the highest quality program to our clients. In order to meet this goal, our behavior therapists receive weekly supervision by a BCBA or BCaBA supervisor and are required to attend monthly meetings to keep them current with the latest methods of ABA interventions. Many of our behavior therapists are currently working on becoming Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)s, and most of our behavior therapists have been medical doctors or school teachers in their own native countries.

Also, since our behavior therapists are from many different cultures, they are able to understand and meet the cultural needs of all our clients.

We are very proud of our experienced staff of behavior therapists and we provide the best incentives for them to continue with our program on a long term basis. As a result, we have a very low turn over rate (less than 5%). This ensures that our clients will receive continuity of intervention from a behavior therapist who has established a full rapport with the client. This is very important since children with autism have difficulty establishing relationships with people outside of the family.
